AI sets how this workspace answers questions, whether Nexatron may remember things for people, and the models it uses.

How this workspace answers

Every workspace answers on the Nexatron answer core. Snowflake, Salesforce and SQL database connections (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, SQL Server, DuckDB, BigQuery, Databricks) answer through it. Each question runs as the person asking, carries a trust label and shows its evidence. Run setup on each connection first (see Sources).

Memory

Allow memory in this workspace decides whether Nexatron may remember preferences and facts for people. Each person sees, edits and deletes their own memories (see Account settings). Admins do not browse other people's memories. Turning it off stops new memories; people can still delete existing ones.

Your own model key

To bill answers to your own model provider account, follow Use your own model key at the bottom of the page. There you choose platform-managed routing or a workspace override, and add an OpenAI or Anthropic key.
