Account settings

Open Settings from the account menu (select your name at the bottom of the menu). The Account group holds your own settings; admins also see a Workspace group, covered in Administration. Preferences and accessibility changes save automatically.

Profile

Profile shows your name, email and role. Name and email come from your single sign-on provider; to change them, update them there or ask your workspace admin.

Sign out everywhere ends every active session for your account on every device. Sessions already open can take a few minutes to expire.

Preferences

Preferences sets how Nexatron looks and behaves for you:

  • Theme, Density and Accent color.
  • Language & region: how numbers, dates and currency amounts are written for you. Currency codes do not change: a euro report stays in euros.
  • Timezone: dates and times show in this zone, and new report schedules run on it.

Admins who set up the workspace but do not ask questions can turn on Show only administration under Your home: the menu then shows only Settings and Knowledge, and you land on Setup when you sign in. It affects only you, on this browser.

Accessibility

Accessibility has Single-key shortcuts (keys that act with no modifier held; turn them off if speech input or a stray keypress triggers them; shortcuts with ⌘ or Ctrl keep working) and Voice for spoken answers, the voice used when an answer is read aloud.

Notifications

Notifications controls the Weekly digest, emailed on Fridays, covering the last seven days: answers and dashboards from other people, plus insights still open. A week with nothing to report sends nothing. It is the only notification Nexatron sends today; the other switches on the page are not built yet and send nothing, so do not rely on them to catch an anomaly. Use a monitor with email recipients for that.

Memory

Memory (the page is titled Personal memory) lists what Nexatron remembers about you from your conversations: preferences, facts, vocabulary and more. You control all of it:

  • Pin what matters, hide what does not (Hide from retrieval), Edit text that is wrong, or Delete memory.
  • Why? shows where a memory came from.
  • Export my memory downloads it; Forget me (RTBF) deletes all of it after your workspace's retention window.

Admins do not browse other people's memories. To keep a conversation out of memory, use Temporary chat in Ask. Your workspace admin can turn memory off for everyone.

API tokens

API tokens creates personal tokens that act as you, for the Slack and Teams bots and for scripts. Give it a Token name, tick only the scopes it needs, and select Create token. The token is shown once: copy it then. A token never has more access than you. Revoke stops one working. See API tokens.
