Connection Readiness Overview
GET/api/v1/connections/readiness-overview
Return caller-scoped readiness and certification across this tenant's connections.
Like GET /connections: a connection manager sees every connection, anyone else (an analyst) only the
ones the tenant admin enabled for them.
